Stanton and Killeen Rutherglen Topaque is a delicious, fortified wine produced in Rutherglen. These wines are next level delicious and can be paired into some amazing and somewhat “out there” combinations, including cocktails.
Stanton & Killeen Topaque is made from golden-coloured Muscadelle grapes, one of the very last varieties to be picked during the Rutherglen vintage.
The result is an intoxicatingly delicious, extremely rich glass of honey-like happiness.
For this reason it is the perfect pairing with dark chocolate (70 % Cocoa)
