Dutton-Goldfield Winery began with a handshake in a vineyard in 1998, when longtime colleagues and friends Steve Dutton and Dan Goldfield recognized a shared vision between them—to craft wines that express the personalities of their cool-climate vineyards and which are made to love.
The nose leads with a rich and dense burst of wild berry, underlain with a sweet floral tone. Mushroom and redwood duff play backup, adding to the complex layers of the aromas, luring you in to take the first sip. The mouth is packed with juicy raspberry and marionberry, with supporting notes of sandalwood, nutmeg and thyme.
